The house comprises three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The grand master bedroom, located upstairs, boasts a king-sized four-poster bed with views of the harbour and has an adjoining bathroom in the hallway. There is also a delightful twin bedroom upstairs that can be converted into a second king if necessary, also with its own bathroom. The third bedroom, situated downstairs, includes a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. Downstairs, the expansive open-plan living area features a cozy living room and a bar area. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, the front porch feels like a natural extension of the living space. The fully equipped kitchen leads directly to the back covered patio, ideal for enjoying al fresco dinners for eight or taking a refreshing dip in the newly constructed pool after a day at the beach. Conveniently located in the town’s heart, the property is within walking distance of a grocery store, bakery, coffee shops, and deli. The main dock is accessible on foot, and the renowned Pink Sand Beach is less than a 15-minute walk or just a few minutes by golf cart. The home is locally managed, offering daily housekeeping, central AC, wireless internet, cable TV, and a Reverse Osmosis System in the kitchen. Additionally, the house is equipped with its own generator, ensuring you won't face power outages, which can occasionally occur on this small island. The pool features a heater for the colder months, available for an additional fee of $250 per week. A refundable damage deposit of $3,000 is required. Children under ten years old are not allowed, but babies are welcome if they are not yet walking.
